Genreral Aviation is experiencing a great need for more sheet metal mechanics as the fleet ages. The need for good wing jigs to aid in the process of rebuilding thousands of wings that are overdue for an overhaul is real.

I have had the great privilege to work with Pat Dillon, a tooling engineer with Boeing for 32 years. We have completed a set of drawings, including improvements of our current wing jigs.

First productions Jigs will be available in early 2026. Give us a call. If we could place a jig in each state, shipping cost would not be such a deterrent to having wing work done.

This fixture is a one-piece; rotating wing assembly fixture specifically designed for the construction of Cessna series 100 wings.
