Pastor and President of Wings For Christ, Lonnie J. Good, was Born in Sedro-Woolley, Washington.
He began his pursuit of aviation as as a way to honor his Father, William
Samuel Good, who had died while on a search and rescue mission. His Christian upbringing and faith offered a unique opportunity, to couple his desire to honor his earthly father with his desire to honor his heavenly Father, in this ministry called Wings For Christ. Lonnie is a licensed minister of the Gospel. He holds an Associate in Technical Arts Degree in Aviation and an Associate in Technical Arts in Paralegal. Lonnie also spent a number of years working a 200 acre Dude Ranch in Marblemount, Washington. Caring for 60 head of horses and 200 head of cattle. Some men preach to be heard, others preach for the money, still others preach because they have no choice, because it is what God has called them to do. Lonnie is in the latter category. He heard the call at age 9 and is beginning to see the fruit of following that voice. |
